Hedgemore Flex is a dynamic adaptive reuse project located in Charlotte, NC, encompassing 7,500 square feet of interior architecture. The design transforms an existing structure into a contemporary, functional workspace tailored to the needs of Ossa Studio and its tenants. The project skillfully integrates modern aesthetics with the building’s original character, creating a seamless blend of innovation and practicality.
The interior layout prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, featuring open workstations, enclosed private offices, and thoughtfully designed meeting spaces. The use of glass partitions and natural light enhances connectivity while maintaining privacy. A carefully curated material palette combining warm wood tones, bold accent colors, and sleek black finishes infuses the space with energy and sophistication. Additionally, the breakroom and common areas are designed to foster informal interactions, reinforcing a sense of community and productivity.
